I am a regular 12 year old..in the Scholars Program at school
Dreams are to go to Stuy and Columbia
GPA has been going down for no reason after 3rd grade
100GPA at Math
Sulking at every other subject
Always daydreaming
Cant sit still for over 15 min
Can never concentrate looking at books! But always have eagerness to Study..but never do!
If I have ADHD..I CANT COPE WITH THAT!!!!!!
I cant be? is there a doctor out there? PLEASE HELP!
Mom always gets angry because i dont study.. and always says "I think you have ADD!"

These days, anybody can be diagnosed with ADD. You pretty much just show up at the doctors and mention that you can't pay attention, and a medication is almost guaranteed.
It's okay if you do have ADD/ADHD. Millions of kids have it, and the medication they put you on is actually quite helpful. It won't be anything life-changing if you are diagnosed, and you will get along just fine.
Chances are, you are just hating school like kids are supposed to. But if your parents are worried, and if you think you display the symptoms, then you owe it to yourself to at least try the meds, to see what would happen if you could fulfill your potential.

I think you should consult both a doctor and learning disabilities specialist.
There are many ways to cope with learning disabilities, you just have to find the best way for you.

Either you don't have ADHD, in which case that means you must deal with learning how to learn, or you do have ADHD, in which case then you must deal with learning how to deal.
