I'm a girl and I'm dying to get defined abs. I have all the exercises down and I do them everyday, but I know that the the way to getting the stomach I want is 80% relied on a diet.. I just don't have any clue what I should eat!! Can somebody please give me advice or send me a link to a free website that might be usefull? Thank you!!

Just eat all the familiar good stuff, such as vegetables , fruit,
fish and white meat (turkey, chicken etc.) . Try to avoid red meat. Try to minimise unnecesary sugar inputs in your body and
be sure that you dont overuse saturated and animal fats in your diet. Use olive oil and the likes instead to prepare your food.
Eat 4 to 6 smaller meals a day , taking into accaunt that the
breakfast must be the largest of them all.

Low fat, low carb, higher protein foods. You want to build muscle not fat reserves which fats and carbs do. You still need them, but cut them down. Intake your proteins and veggies. Lots of cardio and crunches. Oh! Lots of water too. Hope this helps. Would love to see the results!

Just eat what your eating now, yet burn more calories than you consume each week (by cutting calories) and do enough cardio to get your bf% down to 5-7% so your abs show nicely...

drink plenty of water and try and avoid eating carbs after 6pm. it works for me

Why don't you just look it up for yourself? Or is that too hard for you to do?
