First you take like 3 dollars to the local store and find the mayonnaise then take it to the counter and let the person behind it check out the mayonnaise for u then you give them the money get the extra money and walk out.

2 egg yolks,1 tsp Dijon mustard,2 tsp lemon juice or white wine vinegar, pinch of fine sugar,1 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl with a whisk lightly until combined. Gradually add the oil drop by drop at first whisking constantly until it begins to thicken.When it has thickened slightly, add the remaining oil in a thin steady stream whisking until mixed and the mayo is thick. add s&p as desired for taste.
