If troops knew there are people around the world who feel the way you do, it would mean a lot to them and their families. Thank you!

God bless you and your family also, my Dad was a proud member of the Navy in WWII; he was proud of helping but could not talk about many of the things he had seen even decades later.

I can still remember him choking up talking about some of the battles, and going through the death camps.....

He would try and talk about it with me, as I am an only child and he wanted me to truly know what had happened, but he would have nightmares after talking to me.

I am talking about fifty and sixty years later...horrible.

I'll say goodnight and God bless again before I start crying. My Dad passed away a few years ago and it only takes a slight mention of any of this and I realize all over again how much I miss him.

Thanks, I had several uncles in WW2. They were constantly telling me about the war, women and fighting there.

We left a lot of our soldiers there, hopefully never to be forgotten by those that we helped and those that have family here in the United States.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
