I am almost 45 years old, work 7 days a week for minimum wage and seem to be going nowhere. I'm not feeling sorry for myself, but sometimes I have to wonder if there's not an easier way?

Work 5 days a week, go out with friends. There are many cheap things to do. I was 45 and had a heart attack. Its been 3 years and I have a second chance and I am living my life to the fullest. I can't afford to travel so I camp. I walk, bike, read, enjoy family. If your single go out meet people and chat anywhere. Be sociable. Enjoy what is left of your years. Change jobs, do a make over of yourself. Go out to eat. I am married and sometimes go by my self. I love to shop myself too. I use to be a work aholic but never again. I work a new part time job with the public and I talk to everyone. Try going to church. If you don't have one go any where the doors are open to all.

life is a b*tch and then you die or at least that's what they tell me. Also that the reality of life is that life sucks! Well i think that those two only apply to the sorry Mother_f*ckers that give up. Your life is yours and yours alone. Don't wait for some one or something to come live your life for you. Get up and go LIVE. Do things that enlighten your mind, body and spirit. Just because you work 7 day a week dose not mean you cant find time for yourself. No life never gets any ease but don't buckle under the perisher get up and do something

You chose to ask for help among the sufferers of mental illness. Perhaps there is more to your story. I suggest that we will be most happy when we are among those who are like ourselves .
