Alright. It appears most people don't know much about cousin couples concerning law nor biblical stand point nor genetics. So lets get some quick facts out in the open.

1. In the USA 35 states allow for the marriage of 1st cousins in some form or another. ALL states allow for the marriage of 2nd cousins. Pretty much NO other country in the world has restrictions on cousin marriage. (1st cousin or otherwise)
2. "Children of non-related couples have a 2-3% risk of birth defects, as opposed to first cousins having a 4-6% risk. " Second cousins have the same rates as non-related couples.
3. "Leviticus 18 lists all forbidden sexual relationships. Cousin relationships are not included." In fact, in the bible God commands many first cousins to marry. "Jacob (who married both Rachel and Leah, first cousins), and Isaac and Rebekkah (first cousins once removed)"
4. "We are all cousins. No two people are more distantly related than 50th cousins."

Okay lecture over.

Really, it isn't any of your business if they date or not. More than likely they will date a few months and call it quits like most teen romances. But if for some reason they continue on into a more serious relationship there really isn't anything wrong with it. I'm not saying it is encouraged, but there is nothing bibically (morally) or ethically (law) or genetically wrong with it.

that is disgusting. just let them be, or you might end up with two of your cousins hating you. if you are uncomfortable with it, then try not to think about it. if they ever try to get married, then at their wedding when the preacher says "if anyone has any reason why these two should not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace." or something like that, you could stand up and say, "okay. ive been nice about this until now, but this is nasty. these two are related, and they should not be married or dating or anything like that. so yes. i do have a reason why these two should not be married. that is it." and then sit down and see how many different looks you get. that sounds like fun. but two cousins dating is gross, and some of their friends prolly know that they are cousins, so they should say something. they will feel more comfortable talking to their friends about it than you would feel talking to your cousins about it. my second cousin used to like me too whoever said that up there.

Technically, first cousins have roughly the same diversity of DNA as any two strangers from the general population. So long as it's not offspring of cousins dating the offspring of cousins, dating the offspring of cousins (generation after generation).

Of course, it is prohibited by law in most states, so that's an issue. Tell them to move to the Ozarks.

Do nothing. It's not your problem. Treat them like the same people they were before you found out.

Really? Well, its not your problem. Thats something they will have to deal with in the future. Personally, I wouldn't want any part of it.

are they really related like blood related or thru marriage? it makes a big difference. if its thru a blood relation you have a big problem and you need to tell someone in the family like the parents...if its marriage it really shouldnt mtter.

What CAN you do? Why do anything? They'll either come to their senses or not. Not that I agree with it, but it's their business.

well for starters if they are first cousins I pity them if they try to have children they will have some kind of mental issue or deformation. secondly dating family is morally wrong. if you attend church have the pastor/minister talk with them or tell yours and their parents about it.
