So i recently dyed my hair ash blonde, (it was orginally dark blonde) I don't straighten my hair, but i do air dry it and use alot of conditioner.

Is there a way of getting my hair healthy again, and what shampoo and conditoner do you reccomend?

I don't think hair can get 'healthy again' until it grows out. Even then, the only thing that's alive about hair, is the root. Once you've damaged it, there are products that can smooth the shaft, sort of like moisturizer for dry skin, but once the product washes out the hair is the same.

If you really want it healthy again, as in, undamaged, you'll have to let it grow out without coloring it. Get the dry ends cut off, then decide what you want to do. I'd talk to your salon about a coloring method that would be more gentle.

I'd recommend Aquage color protecting shampoo and conditioner.

Aussie 3 Minute Miracle is the BEST deep conditioner EVER! Plus its cheap. My hair used to be fried from straightening before I started using it.

Try not drying your hair for awhile. I know it's hard sometimes but it makes your hair healthier! I also use Garnier 3 minute mask to condition my hair. It works wonders!
