Its like a static sound, how do I stop that?

it's because it's interfering with the frequency. just move your cell phone away from your computer. that happens to me too. also when i put my phone next to the tv, sometimes there will be small buzzing sound.

From my experience that only happens on GSM networks, such as Cingular, not with CDMA networks like Verizon. Regardless, it's like the others said, it's just interference from the data transferring to and from your phone with your speakers.

This usually happens if you:

* Lose signal, and the phone is trying to reconnect
* You're receiving or sending a text message
* Sending or receiving a call

The noise gets considerably worse if you turn on speakerphone. The only "fix" for this, is to either turn your phone facing a different way (works sometimes) or just move it further from the speakers.

Move your celly away from the computer. The frequencies are tripping together.
