She could just be going through that time of a young girl's life where she has just began menstruating. She could be too embarrassed and is unaware of what is happening to her. You should have her mother have a talk with her about what happens to her body as she matures.

well, at ten years old, they arent really mature, but they are very curious. It might be that she heard something in school, or she might be menstruating and is affraid to tell someone, First off, its not a good idea to be looking through your daughters things, it will make her want to hide things from you and you definatly dont want that....also, you might wanna talk to her and ask her why there are diapers in her closet. Being open and upfront with your daughter is the most important thing. Just have to make sure you dont embarris her or make her feel insulted....it can be anything.....just talk to her...hopefully she will tell you....and DONT BELIEVER HER FRIENDS OVER HER......SHE COMES FIRST.

You need to gently talk to her about it, or bring her to a trusted doctor and let her talk to your daughter about it. Assure her that lots of kids have the same problems and help her find ways to deal with it. Be sure not to make her feel more ashamed than she already does.

First confront her. Maybe she is having a problem with bed wetting and is embaressed. Approach it in a way that she won't feel ashamed even if they aren't for a personal problem she is facing. If you show her you care, which obviously you do, she'll trust you in helping her with this.

Does she have a bladder problem and is too embarassed to talk about it?... Maybe you should let her feel comfortable enough to talk about the situation.

10 year old girls can already have their first visit from Aunt Flo nowadays, so I guess, that is, what she haves, but she's embarassed to tell you.
Ask her, if she had it and go with her to buy the appropiate equipment.

If you don't want to confront her directly about it maybe leave magazine's or books on it and let her see them. Maybe if she reads them then she'll get courage to approach you about it.
