Emergency vets are open all hours normal vets are closed, and 24/7 on weekends. Take her to an emergency vet now, and even if you have to sign an exotics waiver (if they have no avian specialists), they can treat her with pain killers and control bleeding and whatnot, make sure nothing gets infected. Pack a little baggy of her food, wrap her in a towel, and if you have one prepared/can find one, get a little cage and set food and water low, lay a towel on the bottom of the cage so if she gets hungry during the trip, she can eat/drink. Get her to the e-vet ASAP.

Edit: My sympathies for your loss. You may want to consider separate caging if you ever see any toe-nipping or any other subtle signs of possible aggression. Birds can be extremely unpredictable and easily provoked.

I am sorry to hear the bird died.

You can get a styptic powder that will help stop bleeding . Keep it on hand for any future needs .

I bred budgies for 12 years and have never seen a fight where more than a few small pecks were exchanged but my birds were mostly in a large aviary where they could get away from each other.

I would isolate the hen that attcked the other one . I might use her for breeding if she was a very good bird but otherwise (unless its a pet) I would sell it or give it away as a pet.

well first quickly get one of the budgeies out of the cage and move it to a another location away from the other budgie then take the injured budgie to a vet and try to see if she can live and if she doesn't then maybe you should consider next time to put two birds in a cage together only if they like eachother

Take her to the vet. Two of my birds got into a fight but I didn't know until the next morning when they were both dead at the bottom of the cage. You can at least take them to the vet since you know about it. Take advantage of the opportunity you have.

Birds are very delicate. I have taken care of different animals, but on this one, I would call the vet for suggestions. My apology that I couldn't be of greater help.
I hope it recovers fully or goes to Heaven soon, so not to suffer.
Sincerely,

If they are fighting; seperate them and put them in seperate cages before they hurt one another.
