It depends on how much you drink, or if its not 100% juice. Even if it is 100% juice there is still a lot of sugar, so try not to go too crazy. Too much of anything can make you gain weight.

Sometimes cranberry juice can contain a lot of sugar, which could mean that it's causes you to gain weight. Basically, when you're picking out foods and drinks, you should take a look at how many calories are in a serving (and also pay attention to how much you eat, and whether that's actually a serving). Consuming more calories than you burn is the only thing that causes you to gain weight. Diets that work on other principles all boil down to cutting calories or causing you to burn more calories during the day. Hope this helps.

The only thing about cranberry and all juices is they do contain a lot of sugar. Water with lemon is good for you without the calories.

No, cranberry juice is very healthy. Cranberries are considered a negative calorie food, meaning there are so few calories in it that your digestion pretty much uses them up. Just make sure you aren't buying juice with a lot of sugar.
It is great for your urinary tract, basically flushes everything out. Plus, it's loaded with antioxidents which are good for your skin and fight off cancer.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

It does have lots of sugar. Find 100% cranberry juice with no sugar added. Look very carefully , because most of the brands sold in supermarkets are "punch " or "cocktail" with tons of sugar.

yes, as there is tons of sugar. there is cranberry concentrate that you can take like cough medicine, just swallow some spoons of it (if you are looking for the health benefits of the cranberry), if not, there are cranberry pills like in the vitamin section. even though juice is healthy, it is loaded with sugar & can be as fattening as soda.
