Yes I did but things did not work out not because of anything I did or really that she did but just because of gossip if you can believe that. Gossip can destroy any relationship and in my case it was gossip by the people in the small town where we both lived and the fact that my parents objected to her to the point that I could have been disowned by my father at the time. It was when I was a teenager. Otherwise I am sure the romance would have worked out beautifully since we both loved each other at the time so very much. There is no reason all other things being equal that such a romance could not work given the proper circumstances.

well it wasnt really romeo and juliet but he used to call up to my window in the middle of night and scare me half to death by tapping on the window with his fishing rod! and no it did not work out because he was fishing obsessed and boring with it and then i found it he had a long term girlfriend! not a great love story sorry!

Yes. It cannot work unless you crazy. Relationship can't work if families against it and you depend on them. Fear of insecurity takes over love.

yes in high school my boyfriend was goth and i was 'normal'. my parents hated the way he dressed and my friends thought i was nuts... we have been together 5 years, now married and best friends. screw what other people think, just make sure they dont trick you into thinking the same
