OK...
1. I am normal size, not too big and not too small
2. I play softball, basketball, volleyball, and i also do track.
3. have a bike (just to let you know) and i do ride it....sometimes
4. I don't have any access to any machines....NO access...already tried

that is about all i can think of that could help you answer this question. i just got a new swimsuit and i realized that it makes my legs look a little on the big size....plus i have noticed that my legs are big for the rest of my body size. and no....i am not returning my swimsuit, so please don't tell me to do that.

i have till summertime to get my legs in shape. PLEASE HELP ME!

What has worked for me is just plain old walking with very little incline - too much incline builds up my calf muscles a bit. If you have fat to lose on your legs then some weight loss should do it. However, if you are going to lose some weight just make sure you don't lose too much from your overall weight just to lose it from a targeted area like your legs.

I think the best thing is to continue to ride your bike. I think that doing that will really help.

my friend told me that she wraps her legs in garbage bags at night when she goes to sleep said it really works....personally I have not tried it not sure what my husband would say when I crawled into bed in garbage bags....so hey try it out and let me know...hahaha
