Is there a solution that just copy part of DVD which we wanted?

I use DVD recorder to record the TV program when I am not at home (sometimes whole day), so it is legal action to do so.Thanks

You can use a mac to edit it.......

you would have to rip the dvd & edit the raw VOB files in a program like Adobe Premiere - find the sections you want, cut them out & export them as a new video....
I should mention that editing the content & ripping the data from a DVD are both illegal actions - not that I personally care about such things.

You can use a software called DVD Shrink and uncheck the parts that you don't want.
