I do. I use a very small amount and just run the shampoo through the first time rinse it and then give myself a good scrub. Repeating is more for people who use alot of product or don't wash their hair often. If you get lather on the first shampoo then you don't need to bother

Na i dont bother repeating, but then i don't use any hair products. If my hairs a more greasy than usual i tend to just leave the shampoo on a bit longer before i rinse

Repeating is actually a good thing, the first shampoo loosens up the product or build-up, the second leaves it squeaky clean. To say it dries your hair out just means you need a better conditioner ;) Yes I do repeat

If i'm in a hurry...

If I have the time...

If my hair is greasy that day...
then yes.
If i'm in a hurry but my hair is greasy...

nope, I don't think it really helps. It's just a waste of shampoo.
