theres this guy i really like (ive liked him the whole year!) kyle and hes one of the pops. and im not one of the pop, i look and feel sorta bigger than most peeps in 5th grade but not fat. and i dont know if he likes me i really want him to but he acts like he likes alot of girls cause he talks to us.any way i sit right next to him and he likes talkin to me while the teachers talkin and i cant hear him and i try but hes not loud enouf. and he took a drink of my water once . a couple times wene we werent at the same table ive notices him lokin at me wat dos this stuff mean please help teens.

wow. mostly every sane person in the world wants their crush to like them back. not always going to happen though. dont be disappointed if it doesnt, cuz you cant make someone like you no matter how hard you try. all of this stuff he is doing to you sounds like normal 5th grade flirting. i think he does like you at least a little bit. but if i am wrong, and he doesnt really like you, dont get excited and then be upset with me if it turns out that he doesnt like you. 5th grade is really young to have a bf though, so dont go out with him. save that for when you are in higher middle school. enjoy your youth while you still can, because if you dont you will regret it later. best of luck!

okiee babe! im assuming pops mean popular right? watch out for those popular boys, i dated a few and they all turn out to be the same thing.. players. kyle sounds like a guy i knew in 5th grade, jeff. i went out with jeff in 5th grade haha(: just because someone takes a drink of your water dosent mean they like you, it means there thirsty. haha, but if hes staring at you and talking to you, then yup, he might like you. but girl, your in 5th grade! you have lots of time to date, there will be more kyles, just focus on being the best you can be, be a kid for a while, you have years ahead of you full of worrying about guys, just have fun, what happens happens, if he ends up likeing you then he dose, but if he dosent then dont be too sad.

u r too young, but that's ok. see, this is what they call puppy love. then again, how would i know... i'm only in eighth grade and i've always liked someone older than me. i say, just try to be the best friend to him you can, and drop hints, and start talking to him during class. start out by saying that he talks to softly or something like that... or whisper under ur breath that you like him and hope that he hears a murmer and asks what u said....

haha. well, most 5th grade boys don't even think that much about girls. they're still stuck in the stage between "cooties" and "cute girls". i really don't think you should think too much about it. instead, just focus on being his friend. when you guys get older, you never know, something could happen. but for now, friendship is fine.

i'm trying to think back to 5th grade..... i think we can apply the same idea as the teen-adult years.
guys want a chase. let him know that you are a little bit interested (by just talking and flirting). don't ask him out - wait for him to ask you out. go back and forth to not talking and talking to him again... let him come to talk to you sometimes.
