The album is "Leave A Whisper by Shinedown." This song you've heard is different from the album version I think. The album version sounds a bit different, but still good.

That, of course, depends on the things that attract a specific girl to a bloke. Everyones different - me for example, I like a tall thin guy with nice eyes and kind face, but others like short chubby guys, others like muscle bound types... you know what I'm saying? Well if you say someone is hot you usually mean they are very good looking and you would like to take them to bed !! And I am sure that is the answer that most men would be looking for.
For me someone like Duncan James ex singer from Blue, is "hot". Or the actor Martin Kemp.
