In standard American English, or correct English, how to pronounce "Mobile" and "Often"? Is it Mob'l, or, Mo-byle? Of-Ten or Ofen?

In California and Nevada, we say mob'l (unless its the capital of Alabama, then its mo-beel)and ofen. (although I do say Of-ten from time to time).

I pronounce it in standard English (British), and not only those words. I pronounce either-Eye-ther and neither-n'eye'ther That's the way it was intended. haha

Standard American would be "MO bl" and "OFfn"
