I really wish I could help you but I don't know what you can do besides support your friend. If it's the same guy being accused twice then he should go to jail but you can't trust the cops and the law.
Good Luck ... I hope everything works out : (

If you are looking for justice in a court of law, you will come away disappointed more often than not. The system is set up by lawyers, for the benefit of lawyers...any justice that seeps through the cracks is purely coincidental.
That being said, maybe you could try a civil suit against him...a lawyer would get a third to a half right off the top of whatever you might get...it may be enough to get one interested in your case...who knows...you just may get a little justice out of the system if you can make it worth their effort.

Find a local "troubleshooter" reporter from a radio or television station. This is something they might really be able to take on and help you get this guy.
Or, you could contact a local advocacy group that works with victims of sexual assault.
I hope that SOB gets what he deserves.

You have to go to the police right away so they can take you to the hospital to get semen evidence. If there is no evidence than there is no proof. Is it the same person? You need samples of his sperm. If you know him than get him in trouble for something else call the cops on him for beating you up, get your friend to give you a black eye, or does he do drugs, get him booked for something.

There is a good answer I am sure . I think what is important here is your choosing to ask the mentally ill to help you. Is there some connection to the crime and mental illness??
