Two years ago during the beginning of my freshmen year i had a really bad pimple on my nose and i mean REALLY bad it was huge and after weeks it finally went away and then the same thing happens a month or two after, right on the noose but a little to the left..it goes away aswell but two years later i notice i still have skin that puffs up very slightly where those two huge pimples were..the skins isnt red or anything and it doesnt hurt when i touch there and ive notice these for a long time so i dont think they are new pimples..its almost as like the skin never went all the way down after those huge pimples..anyway to get rid of this?

I would definitely ask a dermatologist about that....from your description, that could have been a number of things..like a reoccuring cyst...not a pimple. There very well maybe leftovers from the old cyst that were left in the skin. Don't mess with it at home(as far as trying to pick it off, if its not already scarred it possibly will scar if you remove it yourself). Call a dermatologist if is bothering you to have it there. and please do not use toothpaste...that is a huge myth and mistake many have fallen for..toothpast is for teeth and not for your face.....it contains several ingredients (that yes dry up on the surface) but acts as a pore clogger at the same time!!!! Yikes, can cause even more problems for your skin.

I had the same exact thing right smack dab between my eyebrows. I'm guessing that the glands involved in your super pimple are still enlarged. Keep eating healthy, drinking water. It took three years but it's finally smooth again for me.

It might be that you still have some remnants of the pimple/cyst there.See a dermatologist who may give you a cortisone shot, in the spot, to help it heal.

something that has worked for me is CHEAP toothpaste. the kind that has no whitening and no extra things added to it.

every night befor you go to bed put the toothpaste on the spots that are puffed up and after about a week they will go away.

That's unfortunete.... but my advice is to see if the doctor can remove the skin because the skin is probably dead.

I hope I helped=]

It could be scarring from the pimples. If it is scarring, you can't get rid of it, i don't think.
