Some micro meals can be high in salt and that can be bad for you, some take aways can be bad if eaten every day, but if you eat a reasonable amount of fresh veg and fruit, you shouldn't worry about the odd ready meal.

usually anything in moderation is fine. I guess moderation is based on the rest of you diet. You should aim for 80% healthy and 20% non healthy- but of course 100% healthy is better than 80% so ain high!
Micro meals and fast food isnt really healthy- it could be seen as healthier than some meals but not really high on the healthy eating list.
A healthy plate should be
30% carbohydrates- incl chips as long as they are not over fried and there is some chip left, or noodles or pasta or bread.
30% protein such as meat, fish and cheese (if its covered in batter then the batter is a carb and the meat..etc is a protein and both are eaten together)
and 30% vegetables- n.b one or two lettuce leaves and a slice of tomatoe doesnt count as 30% if its on a burger, you'd need to have a separate side salad.
Steer clear of fats which are not very healthy such as saturated fats, corn seed oil and rapeseed oil, and also of refined sugar such as caster sugar, gluecose syrup and corn syrup

well i think fast food is definitely bad for you, but OK once and a while. it just puts me off with all the rumours going round about McDonald's and everything.
i have to admit when it comes to cooking I'm really lazy!!mainly because it always burns. i usually just eat micro food (easy to cook) but they are high in salt.

it depends on the fast food, but most of it is rubbish, & not good for you at all.
Spudulike Baked potatoes is a relatively health fast food, & if you buy microwave bags of good veg, & the likes from good super markets, then they will be okay,
but you always going to be better off with wth properly balanced home cooked meals.........but dont despair, you can make extra portions, & freeze them so you have your own HEALTHY microwave ready meals, so you dont need to cook every day

yeah i suppose its bad but its up to you what you eat, allthough i would'nt want to eat all that greasy processed crap you cant beat freshly prepared food not takeaway,at least if you prepare your food yourself you know you are not eating somebodys cat or dog from the local takeaway.
