To produce light-headedness your diet would need to be almost non-existant, so this is hopefully not very likely. If you have a persistant symptom go see your GP.

Go to your doctor as soon as possible. Any sustained drop in blood sugar is going to make you feel dizzy, but if it's happening all the time, there could be an underlying problem. As none of us on the web can examine you or ask deeply personal and inappropriate questions about your health, it's best to see a professional. If it takes too long for an appointment with your doctor, go to the hospital. Make sure a friend is with you while you feel this way, as you may need their help if you pass out without warning. And for goodness sake, eat!

When your body doesn't get enough glucose you certainly can feel dizzy; all hypoglycaemics find this out =]
Really, you should eat properly. The dizzyness is your body telling you that something isn't quite right. Stay away from things with a high sugar/low starch content and eat starchy foods to keep your blood glucose levels stable. If you don't feel like eating, even soup or something will help.

if your having eating problems u should probably go to the doctor to see if u have any abnormalities with your stomach, thyroid gland, or any other organ causing u to not eat right. The lack of food will cause your body to eventually shut down and you'll eventually end up in a serious hospital condition. you need to check to see if everything is OK then try to eat more and get plenty of rest and liquids down as well cause without them your gonna feel more than dizzy.

Easily! It can give you a lot very unpleasant problems, of which dizziness is probably the least. Many people on this planet don't get enough to eat, and it's not "a vanity issue"; it's a fact of life.

Yes,if you are eating much less than you should be eating you will feel light headed and dizzy. Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet. If you rae on a diet to lose weight, please make sure you are following a safe plan. I heart of a person who was eating very little and fainted and ended up in hospital, they told her she was starving herself. Just make sure you are following a recommended safe diet.

Sweetie, if you're getting dizzy on a regular basis, please go see your doctor. It could be bad eating habits or something worse! Though eating right certainly ain't gonna hurt any, ya know!
