There are all kinds and types of people in this world. High pitched voices and people being nice? I can't find any fault with this. Be glad he is nice - in a world where fewer people are nice to one another. You should tell him you appreciate his kind demeanor. I know he could use a thumbs-up--we all need complements and need to be appreciated. He could be gay, and if so that's OK too. Some of the best people I have ever known are gay. It would not matter as long as he is a good teacher. Good luck--make sure you tell him you appreciate him.

Well, he could have abnormal vocal cords... Or he could have an unnaturally low amount of testosterone. Not only does that simulate hair and muscle growth, but also the pitch of one's voice.
