It's not easy to translate as it seems to have been translated by some kind of software....meaning it's not actually correct Italian. Anyway, here's what I think it was supposed to be saying:

"You cannot predict what tomorrow will bring, therefore do your best today.
Live to the fullest today, because not everything can wait until tomorrow, for tomorrow may never come.
Even though the moon may wane, the stars will always shine brilliantly.
Even during the darkest times, there will always be a light to guide the goodhearted.
Do the best with what life gives you, because others may not have it so easy.
Do the best with what life gives you, because tomorrow you may desire to have other probabilities.
Do things right the first time, so as not to have regrets later on.
You can't undo what you did in the past, but you have a choice in the future, right, or pay the price.

Some of the phrases were really put together strangely, and don't make much sense. I couldn't pick up what the last line may have been, but it has something to do with doing the best for today. Since you wrote it originally in English, I hope this reminds you of your work.
