You could sue him but you wouldn't have a case. His inappropriately employing minors cannot be shown to cause you any harm or loss of income. Your case would be quickly thrown out of court. As for him being prosecuted, it depends upon the laws in the state where the alleged "offense" occurred. Laws in states tend to vary.

He can get arrested for selling pornography, and conributing to the delinquency of minors.

I don't think you can sue but he can definately be arrested. if you try blackmail you could be the one being sued or arrested.

only if you are in them and did not give permission.....Just tell him I bet it is without his knowledge.....typical lib...wants to go right to court to try and make a payday....guess that's why most of the lawyers are Democraps....
