first..i would think about how we break up..and why.I would stay and lie down on my bed and think of all the good times we had together...and cry over it....to release all the feelings we had for each other.then the next day..I'll plan to go out with some friends...shop..go to the beach..or do something i really wanted to do in a long time.then I'll get a good massage and feel fresh, free and single. Getting started for a new start.Cuz in life we need to understand that things do end..and we need to be strong and move on. every disappointment is a blessing...so u just have to think different..

It depends on how long the relationship was and how much you actually liked the person.
If it was a short relationship and I didn't really like the person, I wouldn't even really care.
If it was a long relationship and I was desperately in love with the person, yeah it'll be some time before I heal, but we all have to move on sometime right?
And there are plenty of fish in the water. ;D

cut off contact with her/him. Focus on yourself. I recommend exercise to release happy endorphins. The reason that you need to cut of contact is because if you don't and the person that ended it continues to contact you, you constantly be under a false hope that there's still something there that has really ended. It's better to let them go and sometimes love has a funny way of rekindling itself when absence is in place.

Leave the individual alone and continue your love in private.
Love needs not to be in procession. I never change my love to my favor girl since she took her husband's advice 20 years ago.
Never seen her but still love her the same.
and I think it is great, for me, any way.

Get over it. Take care of yourself. Exercise, eat right. Get some plastic surgery or whatever it is that helps you feel "perfect". Give yourself time to heal. Then, find another man.
