Cooking with flour?

I am out of All purpose flour, i do have Wondra Quick Mixing Flour (which i usually use for gravy), will it work the same as all purpose flour as part of the batter for jalapeno poppers?

You should not have any problem at all it will work. The jalapeno poppers sound great !! Good luck & happy cooking

THere should be no problem using the Wondra.

I think it will be just fine for poppers.since your just making a batter.....
