When a cat stops eating, it usually means something is very wrong. The best thing to do right now is to take your kitty to the vet for a proper dianosis. You need to find out what's wrong with your cat before you can make her better. And the vet is the best person to tell you.

So many questions: How is she sick besides not eating. Is she still playful or is she lethargic; is her fur clean and shiny looking, or is it dull and clumpy; have her litter box habits changed; is she vomiting; are her eyes bright or dull, can you see the third eyelid (a whitish skin fold in the inner corner of the eye); does she feel feverish?
As far as getting her to eat, try some bland food. Chicken baby food is a good starter, even actual baked chicken (no spices or seasoning, just put it in a cooking pan with a little water, cook thoroughly, cool, chop up into very small bite size pieces, no bones).
I know no one wants to here this, but a visit to the vet if she does eat or drink longer than two days is necessary.

Have you been feeding her wet cat food or canned cat food?
If the answer is yes, you need to get her to the vet. There has been a recall of almost all brands of wet cat food because it has been contaminated by a pesticide.
This is no joke.

check this site out to see if you are feeding your cat these brand name food on recall. http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/03/17/petfood.recall.ap/index.html
They are still investigating so not all brand names are on the list yet.
Give her milk and cook ground meat to see if she gets better. Take her to the vet if she doesn't get better.
