8 cups water
10 carrots, peeled and sliced
6 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 onion, diced
8 cubes chicken bouillon
1 (12 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan, boil the chicken until tender and no longer pink. Drain and dice.

Bring a pot of chicken broth to a boil
place family size package of chicken legs in pot
Cook for 30 min
Take out the legs let them cool
While the chicken is cooking chop two to three celery
into bite size pieces.
Once you have the chicken cooling Add one bag of long grain rice in to the broth, and add the celery let cook 15min
While that is cooking pull the meat off of the bone, and start re adding it to the pan let go another 15 ot 20 min until the rice is cooked and the celery is soft..
Or an easy recipe is this
Bring to a boil 6 cups of chicken stock to a boil
Dice up 4 to 5 chicken breast's in to bite size pieces
in a saute pan saute in either butter or extra virgin olive oil or both until cooked through.
While that is going add a bag of xtra wide egg noodles and chopped celery or any veggies that you would like Like celery, corn, carrots. Of a bag of frozen veggies any kind you like .
Once the chicken is done add to the soup The noodles only need to cook for about 8 to 10 min. Frozen veggies only 3 or 4
Once everything is cooked soup is done Leftovers taste better the next day..

Take a chicken. Put it in a big pot. Fill the pot with enough water to cover the chicken by one inch. Add diced carrots, celery, and one teaspoon each of salt, pepper, garlic powder. Put it over a medium to low flame for 3 to 5 hours, until the chicken is falling off of the bones. Strain the broth into another opt and let the chicken, etc. cool. Then go through the chicken, taking out the bones and other inedible gross type stuff, put all the good stuff back into the stock and heat it up again to eating temperature. If you want to add noodles this would be the time to do so.

Go the easy way, buy 3 cans of Healthy Choice Chicken soup in the can and heat it up. It is good for you, delicious, costs little and ready in minutes. Serve with warm rolls, and a nice dark, green leafy salad with a Raspberry vinagrette on the side. Lemon pie for dessert maybe?

I like to first cook the chicken in a pressure cooker for abt 12 min, then add it to a crock pot with 2 cans or boxes of chicken broth with your favorite veggies (carrots, celery, scallions, red pepper) you can go wrong!
