Good Butter is the key to delicious lobster. Using the wrong butter can almost ruin the taste of lobster. After much testing, I have concluded that the best butter for Lobster and Crab Legs is Land o Lakes Sweet Cream Salted Butter. I just simply microwave till piping hot, and its always delicious and tastes like the same butter at the restaurants. If you want to deviate from the traditional lobster, check out the many delicious lobster recipes on http://www.lobsterhelp.com

Clarified butter: Heat it slowly and let the milk solids seperate. They will float to the top, some will remain on the bottom. Skim off the top and ladel out the clear butter. This is your drawn butter.

Buy a good brand of real butter. Melt it over very low heat, and ladle into small ramekin cups, or small sauce dishes.
