I got into uc davis and uc santa cruz but got rejected from ucsd. My gpa isn't really that great (3.7) but i do a lot (imean a lot) of extra curricular activities. I keep getting emails from them to apply to scholarships and alluding to attend summersessions. They also invited me to attend a conference. HELP

No one can predict if you'll get into Berkeley. You need to just be patient and wait until the end of March when you'll officially hear from them. It's common for colleges to send out all sort of invitations, scholarship notices, etc. without getting information from the admissions office, so don't put too much stock in any contacts you've had from other departments regarding admission.

UC Berkeley expects all applicants to have a broad profile of activities. They also expect test scores to be averaging over 600 on each exam, rigorous coursework, meaing AP and Honors at every opportunity, and a history of demonstrated leadership, employment and volunteerism. They also read all three of the essays, so being a good writer is essential.

Now days extra cericular activities are worth alot of credit in school, also it depends alot what you got on your SATs
