Neither. Vitamins help stabilize your system. And only if you have the correct minerals to digest and absorb the vitamins. Just eat right, you get vitamins absorbed better.

they are great fr your health and do not make u gain weight. even if you arent trying to lose weight they are still A GREAT thing to have. i take one everyday and i have been feeling better lately.
