I have several family members with Asperger's who are also Christians.
Please don't worry yourself this way. I do understand the worry because I also have family members who don't share my faith.
Pray for him, be a good role model for the faith and if you can show him the light of God, then by all means, do.
Hang in there and I will keep you and him in my own prayers.

Contrary to "T Time", who must be another of those Agnostic Atheists, no - your brother is not condemned to Hell simply do to his ignorance. God is a very just and merciful force and takes care of and loves the innocent. It is true though, that there is no cure for stupid. Ill-informed, undereducated, uneducated and even ignorant can all be cured once they become aware of the facts, but not stupid, the facts keep getting in the way and they will make every effort not to except them.

I look at things like this if god punishes someone without hate in their heart just because he doesnt read the right books or eats the right food or any of the main religous reason that people are sent to hell then this is a god I dont need to pray to!

I don't know what the 'offical' line is on this, but as a Catholic of over 40 years, I would say that God is not going to condemn your brother to hell, or anywhere else...
No one knows the secret of the soul in the moment of death...that is why the Catholic church has finally recognized that suicides have the right to be buried with full Catholic ceremony and in 'holy ground'...
I personally believe that God is much 'bigger' than most christians give him credit for...after all, if He made everyone and sees and knows everything, then He knows all about your brother and whatever secret beliefs your brother might hold...
Don't worry about your brother, just live your own life to the best of your ability, and let others take care of themselves. In this world you are responsible only for your own soul...no one elses.

People with Aspergers tend to have incredibly high IQs (even though in most the social skills are lacking.) Perhaps this should tell you something.

Why don't you just act like a good sister and love and support him. He's got enough on his plate without you getting all worked up over his soul.

Everyone will be Judge despite his disorder he will still be held accountable and held under GOD's Judgment, You can try and help him to know the LORD, I do not exactly if his name is written in the book of life or not because No ONE knows, again, Try and help him establish a relationship with Our Father GOD!! So that he may be Saved!! and experience his Love and Glory!!

I seriously doubt God will hold anyone responsible for decisions made by a damaged brain. I suspect he will be given an opportunity to change his mind once he has one that actually works. Same rule as applies for depression - riddled suicides.

Unsad,
Christ will judge each of us. If he is unable to understand the Truth then I am rather certain that CHRIST will not hold that against him. He must be able to Hear, Believe, Repent of HIs SINS, be Baptised, and continue in faith until death according to the scriptures. I am not certain that he will ever be able to do so. You can certainly try to teach him and see how he feels about it. I would take him to church with you and read the scriptures with him. You can get the Bible on Tape now and he can listen to it at any time he is able to do so. If I may be of assistance, please let me know.

For your information... Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
1. We must HEAR GOD’s WORD. - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
2. We are told to BELIEVE. - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
3. We must REPENT (turn from) of our sins. - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
4. We are told to CONFESS CHRIST before men. - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
5. We are to enter the waters and BE BAPTIZED. - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
6. We are told to CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL until death. - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
Send me a note if you have questions. I am anxious to hear from you. Have a Great day.

God protects those with any mental issue. The mental issue is a speacial protection because he wants them back. They were probable very rightous in the pre mortal state.

In my church which is the Mormon religion we believe that God gave people with infermidies like your brothers protection so he cannot see the ignorance of the world.

If you want to learn more about these things and learn of the true church of God and the blessings of our church please check out

its not your place to change him. what ever his beliefs are, they are his beliefs for his own reasons. you shouldnt try to force something on to him. how would you feel if a jewish or muslim friend (if you had one, and if you do then ok) decided to talk to you about their religion saying you were going to go to hell because you dont belief muhammad was a prophet or you dont keep kosher? probably not very good and you may or may not lash out at them. if you want to talk about his (they are his to change if he wishes) religious beliefs, try not to convert him but instead try to understand and respect his religious views.
