i got mad at bf and walked a lot until i was sweaty. i wonder if anyone is like me.

Yeah me too, if I don't then I start drinking. It is the main reason I push myself hard like I do anymore: the mental rush and the way it burns off stress.

I don't like exercising when I am mad because it makes me feel like I am going to explode. When I am mad my heart is already beating fast and my blood pressure is elevated so it doesn't make sense to do an activity that is only going to make those things worse. Sometimes I get mad after I start exercising, this is how I know this. Sometimes when I am swimming some old farrt will come along and pee in the pool and I'll drink it and get very pisssed.

Your adreniline is already pumped and your body is in high gear! Honestyly, when you are mad, exercise would be a better idea than almost any other reason! It can be used as a motivation! Either you are doing kick boxing or curls, it will allow you to push yourself a little bit more, which will help you to grow and get better in the future and be more fit!
