I have taken advantage of it. For five years now. It needs to stop.

Aw, just tell him nicely that you chose to be with him because you like *him*, not his wallet or his shopping abilities (...obsession?). Tell him that his time means a lot more to you than any physical object would.
My boyfriend and I read this book (it has a Christian slant, unlike both of us, but it was still a bit helpful) that details "5 love languages". It sounds like your bf's "love language" (awk, cheesey, I know) is "receving gifts."
Yours is obviously something different.
Anyway, check out this site if you want; I found it really helped us. http://www.fivelovelanguages.com/learn.html

Tell him to stop buying you so many presents. Tell him you know he loves you, but you don't want or need a present every single day.

Tell him you appriciate the presents but instead you would like him to save his money. Or tell him you appriciate the presents but you love him and dont need so many presents. He probably has an insecurity and is trying to contain it with presents, for example, he may be afraid youll leave him if he doesnt shower you with gifts. Or it may just be his way of showing you hes a provider. Just talk to him, Good luck!

Let him spoil you. love it and enjoy it he's showering you with love. Many girls are dying for this attention and you need to accept every single one of them because if you don't you'll hurt his feeling's and guess what you'll stop him from getting blessed himself the more people give the more abundance they receive in return. When I give out of a good heart It's amazing how I receive it back three times back It's beautiful.

Just tell him to stop lol and if he doesnt tell him he can flatter you with other thing's, and show him whats else he can do that you would appreciate. (A gift every now and again can be nice sometimes though)
