How do I hook up a parking light flash on a factory keyless entry on a 1998 Jeep Cherokee?

I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee with keyless entry. It is not an after market keyless unit, it came with the Jeep when it was brand new. It locks and unlocks the doors, but I also want it to flash the lights so that I can see that it is locked. Is there an output on the OEM keyless entry unit to hook into the parking light wiring?

I believe the lamp flash acknowledgement is available on that model year and is something your dealer can do for you with the DRB III (Chrysler scan tool). Most do it for no charge.
