Hola hermana! Que crees, te voy a visitar en el verano. Mama dijo que esta bien.
I talk spanish with my parents all the time and I was raised talking spanish, so I'm positive this is the correct way to say it. It's ok though. I know that when you get a lot of answers, you don't know which one to pick.

Oye, hermana, adivina que? Voy a visitarte para el verano, mama dijo que yo puedo....
"mama" has an accent in the 2nd A. Press alt+160
"Que" has one, too. Press alt+130
And before the "adivina" theres a sign like "?" but upside down.
Sorry, all i have is a laptop :(

Hi!
You'd say it like this:
"Hola hermana. ¿Adiviniva qué? Voy a visitarte en verano. Mamá dijo que podía"
HEY could be translated as either "Hola" (Hi) or "Epa" (which is probably more like "hey")
SUMMER... It is "Verano", but Spanish speakers usually say "Vacations" instead of "Summer"
Goodluck!
