are there any diet plans that are eazy to stick to that u could recommend to a 14 yr old? im 14 and 5'4 and weigh about 130lbs and i wanna lose about 15 lbs by may or june.. how can i do this? and what can i do to burn off calories?...the exercise machine downstairs is broken and i tried jumping rope but its boring and tae bo or watever is boring too i rather not do that..is there anything around the house that i could do to burn off calories that arent boring and how many minutes a day should i excercise for?
