I've found that JCPenney has decent quality in all their bedding and linens. They have good prices - especially on sale items. I also like that they have styles that range from trendy to classic, and they do have a nice "teen" collection, too.
Finding bedding on ebay, as suggested by the last user, is a good way to find decent prices. BUT, I have found that unless I can look up the item's colors on another site that it's hard to rely on the images on ebay.
