There is absolutely no information to suggest that we are in the end times, or that the Antichrist is on Earth, or that any biblical prophecies are playing out. In every era of history, you could make a case that these things were happening, as they are open to broad interpretations and they are often vague. No man shall no the hour or the day.

I John 4:3 says now it is already in the world. That was written near the end of the first century and I John 2:18 says there are many more coming.
By the "last hour" John evidently meant the end of the apostolic period. The other apostles had died, and John himself was very old.
So to answer your question, the Antichrist has been on earth for almost 2000 years now.
