run 30 min a day
do A TON of sit-ups every day, id say 200
don't eat foods high in saturated and trans fat.
eat your greens, they help
don't be lazy about running or working out, it all helps in the end
stay motivated and you'll get there!

take lot of water
take lot of vegetables and greens
go for walk
do exercise
if neccessary join a gym
be happy
keep smiling
read newspapers and magazines
and

work out round the clock, synchrnize your personal biological clock, do join yoga and gymn, go outdoors on foot.
Dont gulp or dont eat.... just taste any side dishes (vegetable based) if cooked, eat if raw and gulp 4 liters of water (not mineral water) but minerals enriched natural pure water.
