Eat some eggs for breakfast because they have been proven to suppress appetite and therefore eating less calories during the day. Start with the diet change and then work your way into running because that melts pounds off and the add lifting weights in to the mix because 10 pounds of muscle will burn enough extra calories a week to lose one pound.

Do some crunches or sit-ups everyday. Start out only doing like 10, then move up to 20 a day and so on. It'll work the abdominal muscles.

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. Diet..diet....diet!!!!You can do 200 crunches a day and barely see any improvement if you don't get rid of the fat covering the muscle.Look up "eating clean" on the net.Cardio is also key for fat loss.Hope that helps!Good luck!

i could be wrong but i'm not sure about walking two miles a day. I'm doing that now, I am a dance teacher and I love water aerobics and I can still tell you that unless I do exercises specifically for my stomach, it will go down but never flat. do pilates...that works fast and your new found flexibility will increase your self esteem!
