You don't need a machine.Just take a few minutes a day and do two exercises.Just stand up straight squat down with your arms in front of you bend your knee's until your butt almost touches the back of your legs do this as long as you can take it, or 5min. This will tone the upper back part of your legs.Next just squeeze your butt cheeks together as hard as you can, do this repeatedly for several min. You will be sore for the first few days but keep at it.

Try an elliptical machine...aside from your gluteal muscles (butt)...it's also a goof workout machine for your arm, chest, and leg muscles. The page below has some good buying tips. Best of luck!

definition is increased by the decrease of body fat. exercise can not cause this in a localized area. from what I have seen by women who do not participate in heavy resistance training spinning is very effective in adding some mass to the glutes if there is sufficient calories in the diet

some sort up stair deal it wouldnt hurt to do squats that will get the job done also
