Right now im consuming about 1650 calories a day. Im 17 years old 5'8 and 108 pounds. I exercise for about 20-30 minutes daily. I have a feeling that i should be eating more then this but i have no idea how much.

You should be exercising daily!!! 3-4 times a week will do. add about 500 more calories to your diet. Try drinking 3-4 glasses of carnation instant breakfast with whole milk a day.

If you are not gaining or losing any weight, then what you are currently eating is probably fine.
