I would say from the info given...none.
If you're athletic and 5'10.5 then you need to figure your height and muscle tone will put you off a bit from regular weight charts. (You need to also figure in your frame size and at younger ages weight often varies.) Muscle weighs more than fat. I would imagine you are sitting at a good weight but if you feel there are areas you don't like a little toning up of muscles or a bit of aerobics should help. I am only 5'5, 25yrs old and I weighed 160 lbs for a while. I was in great shape, solid muscle. (living on a farm does that) I didn't look or feel "fat" or as if I needed to lose weight but I look more feminine with less muscle at 120 lbs. It really depends on what you would prefer...athletic and muscled up or more of the average look of slightly fit and slim.

Try googling weight charts for teens, you should find more helpful info.

I located the publication to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. I will admit I have not adopted the advisor precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however traditionally) and doing little or no undertaking, however the weight continues flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it could scare the residing daylights out of me considering of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've under no circumstances bought something like this earlier than considering they're on the whole filled with trash, however 3WD has been a nice shock. Get began at present!

It depends on how you look, not how much you weigh. I've known women who were 5' 9" and weighed 175lb - and all of it was muscle. Good muscle tone looks much better than just being thin.
