I actually watched a scrubs episode about this last month, can't remember the word for it, vasal syncope or something. But the main character would pass out when he pooped. Has to do with blood pressure, like a person stated above, try transitioning slower between sitting and standing.

vasal vagal syncope, the blood leaves your brain and goes to lower extremities. stand up slowly. I have been under Dr,s care for 8 years for the same thing however, i do pass out.
y case is low blood preassure. See a doc/ stress test and tilt table test are in order. In the mean time keep hydrated and increase salt intake this helps retain fluids.

That happens to me all of the time, does it happen more when you don't eat a lot that day? It could be low blood sugar. Also, you might want to get your heart checked out you might have low blood pressure. They did both of those tests on me when I went to the dr. for it. When it happends, try putting your chin to your chest and hold it there till you get your vision back, it helps blood get to your brain faster. You might look like a crazy person, but let me tell you, it works

This is a sign of low or high blood pressure. Please see your doctor and explain this. He will offer treatment for it.
