Well, there would be huge domestic and international outcry because we have no real justifiable reason to use nuclear weapons in Iraq. There would most likely be retaliations from some quarter, and I would guess that many Middle Eastern countries would place an oil embargo on the US. There would probably be some other action against us from the UN too.
It would not be a good option.

not much will be left of the sane world in a short time after that happens. USA will be hated and we do not need more hate. we had bully the world for too long. It is time to think what will happened if we help some countries and in stead of creating war we start bringing peace.

armed insurrection in the usa and physical removal of the bush admin from office.
there is no reason in the world why we would ever use nukes in iraq.

The US is using "new-cue-lar" weapons in Iraq & Afganistan, ever heard of depleted uranium munitions, google it dummies...

Bad political reaction and basically admitting we can't win otherwise. It would make us look weak and pretty cruel.
