Here's the best chocolate cake in the world. It's egg less!

Wacky Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together in a large bowl:
1 1/2 cups flour
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp table salt
1 tsp baking soda

Add:
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tablespoons oil (corn or vegetable)
Pour one cup of cold water over it all. Mix well until all lumps are gone. Pour into greased 8" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes . Cool and then frost with the following icing.

In a medium saucepan combine:
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup butter (not margarine)
1/4 cup milk.

Over a medium low heat, bring mixture to a full rolling boil. DO NOT STIR WHILE IT IS IN A FULL BOIL. Boil two minutes. Cool for 20 - 25 minutes - do not stir while it is cooling. Beat frosting in the saucepan until it is slightly thickened and can be poured on the cake. You don't want the frosting too thin. It will lose it's shine as you beat it. This frosting is just like homemade fudge candy. You will love it!

Double all ingredients to make a 13 X 9 inch cake.

This cake is so rich and moist, you must serve it out of the pan!

Enjoy!

dont know if there are eggs involved but if you mix canned frosting and chocolate chips(or any flavor of baking chips) on the stove at low heat until the chips are melted and then pour the mixture into a shallow pan to cool you have no fail fudge every time.

also there are lots of fruit mixes an things like jello, and pudding mixtures you can make too.
