I am 14 and my BF is 16.
He is moving to alska this summer, for about 2 years.
we have been going out for a month and a half, and he still
has not kissed me. would it be OK if I kissed him???
He is a cancer and I am a Capircorn,
so he is kinda mood-swingie sometimes
so I dont kno how he will respond.....

It's fine for you to make the first move, maybe he's just too shy to kiss you. I'm sure he'll be more than fine with it lol.

yeah you should. he's a guy and all straight guys like that kind of thing. he's probably nervous too, which is why he hasn't made a move.
it's unreasonable that you two haven't done anything after a month and a half. if he doesn't want to kiss you there is no distinction between dating and being friends.
just go for it and it'll be worth it either way.

If you want to kiss him, then go ahead. But since it's your first kiss with him, it will probably be something you or him don't see coming. Since he's moving, you probably shouldn't continue the relationship after he moves. Long distance relationships don't work!

haha. Wow, don't pay attention to astrology/horoscopes. Just kiss him! Its really not that big of a deal even though it may seem like it to you. If he can't make the first move then he is most definately waiting for you to do it. 89% of guys like girls to make the first move
