Do push aways....push away from the table! The only real way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn. Eat less and exercise, as much as it sucks, it is the best way to lose weight. I lost 46 pounds since November by doing this. If you go out to eat....only eat half of what they bring.

What i do that works is i eat 6 small meals a day

full of fiber, protein, good carbs.

I substitute with wheat instead of white and use low carb grains. I never just cut carbs out or forgo anything and it seems to work without leaving me with hardly any options.

I can even eat at most sub places; just ask for a medium chicken salad or any cold veggie or chicken sub and eat half of it and save the rest for later or tomorow.

Cut out all white food: flour, starch (pasta, bread, potatoes), sugar, etc. Don't eat after 8:00 p.m. Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water daily, and keep a diary of everything that goes into your mouth. To speed all this up, walk 30-60 minutes daily.
Easier said than done, right?

One thing that I find to help a lot is to eat a good breakfast full of soluble fiber. This will help you feel full faster at your other meals and curb those later urges. Fiber slows thing down in your intestines and in doing so makes you require less food to feel full. If you skip breakfast you feel lazy all day and will expend less calories because of the lack of energy. My friend lost eighty pounds. I'm not saying that because of the breakfast thing he lost all that weight because he did many other things. But, he stated it was the most important thing he did.

You can loose some weight by working out for 30 minuets and do not eat to much junk food.

put vicks all over your body and sit in a tub of cold water for 10 minutes.
